Chiba Convention Bureau and International Center (CCB-IC) provides information and support to meeting planners and visitors. We network related organizations and individuals to facilitate your needs― from arrival to departure.
Our international center strives to promote international exchange, cooperation and multicultural community. Its registered volunteers back up conventions with 
language help and Japanese culture demonstration.
We will support you by:
- providing promotion and presentation materials.
- providing information and advice on your meeting.
- arranging site inspections in Chiba.
- serving as a link between meeting planners and the meeting industry in Chiba.
