Established in 1989 as the official destination marketing organization of Chiba Prefecture (47 land divisions or prefectures make up Japan) our mission is to promote the entire prefecture of Chiba as a year-round convention and visitor destination. We concentrate our efforts on promoting meetings and special events throughout Chiba and on convention sales and services of our two international convention facilities, Makuhari Messe (Nippon Convention Center) and Kazusa Arc (Kazusa Akademia Center).

Chiba Prefecture boasts the most convenient location to hold your events in Japan. Home to Narita Airport and adjacent to Tokyo, our top of the line convention facilities are easily accessible for both international and domestic visitors.
