We carry out the necessary arrangements in order to secure the conference and accommodating facilities. We also prepare the necessary documents, venue utilization plans, and expense estimates for conferences.

To help increase the number of conference participants, we provide printed information on Chiba Prefecture that allows organizers to make customized welcome messages.

We provide detailed brochures on conference, accommodation, and other related facilities.

Sightseeing pamphlets
We provide pamphlets with comprehensive information on transportation, accommodations, shopping, events, and sightseeing for domestic and international convention attendees.

Congress bags
Our specially made congress bags for conference participants are perfect for carrying documents and other conference materials. (Quantities are limited, please inquire for details.)

In addition to introducing organizers of domestic and international seminars, corporate meetings, association conferences, and events to convention facilities in Chiba Prefecture through orientations, we also coordinate and provide site inspection tours. Inspection tours to special development regions can also be arranged according to organizers' needs.

As the occasion arises, CCB can act as a sponsor and provide convention organizers with back-up support.

When the official support of Chiba Prefecture or municipalities becomes necessary, or when a welcoming message from the prefectural governor or a mayor is requested, we coordinate between related bodies.

Loan system
Loans of up to 5 million yen are available interest-free for up to 3 years to convention organizers who require financial assistance. (Loan applications are subject to approval by the board of review.)

Grant system
Grants are available for conventions held in Chiba Prefecture that require financial assistance. (Grant applications are subject to approval by the board of review.)

Convention volunteers
Volunteers can assist with conference registration, coat check, and other operational duties.

Language assistants
Through the network of the Chiba Prefectural International Center and other international associations in Chiba Prefecture, language assistants are available to help with conference operations, receptions, and accompanied persons tours.

Conference participants can learn about and experience Japanese culture and the history of Chiba. Depending on organizers' needs, we can arrange workshops on tea ceremony, kimono try-on, flower arrangements, and performances of regional arts.

We offer consultation and assist with planning and arranging post-convention activities to experience Chiba's nature, history, culture, as well as excursions for shopping and leisure. Depending on convention organizers' requests, we can make arrangements for technical tours and field trips at various technologically advanced companies, plants, and research institutions in Chiba Prefecture. We can also make arrangements with specially discounted golf courses for organizers upon request.

We can arrange the display and sale of local products and handicrafts at convention facilities in cooperation with the Chiba Products and Crafts Association and other organizations.

We can provide special discount coupons to Tokyo Disney Resort (for use at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea) for convention participants attending conventions held at Makuhari Messe, TDR official hotels, and Tokyo Bay NK Hall.

Special convention rates can be negotiated for convention participants at hotels in the Chiba City, Narita City, and Kisarazu City areas.

CCB-IC bulletin
Conventions are widely promoted by advertisement in a bi-monthly CCB-IC bulletin called "Burari Net Chiba" which is distributed free-of-charge at major stations, hotels and various public facilities in and around Chiba Prefecture. Information on sightseeing and event updates are also published in Burari Net Chiba. (Japanese only)

Electric welcome signboard
For large-scale conventions held in Makuhari Messe, a welcoming message is displayed on an electric signboard in front of JR Kaihin Makuhari Station.

Information desk
An information desk is available to provide information and guidance for conventions held at Makuhari Messe.

Photos, slides, and images
Convention organizers can borrow photos, slides, and images of the Makuhari area for promotional purposes.

We can introduce professional congress organizers, travel agencies, and related suppliers to convention organizers.
