Urayasu is the home of the Tokyo Disney Resort, which consists of Disney Land, Disney Sea, and the Official Tokyo Disney Resort Hotels. While there are other Disney Lands throughout the world, Disney Sea is the only one of its kind. There are also shopping centers and an old town which gives visitors a taste of traditional Japan.

Urayasu is roughly 1 hour from Narita International Airport and 45 minutes from Haneda Airport by bus. Urayasu also directly borders Tokyo, and is less than 15 minutes from Tokyo Station by train, giving it superb access to the bullet train system and the rest of Japan.
