The 98th Annual Congress of the Japan Endocrine Society was held at Makuhari Messe for three days from June 5 to June 7, 2025, and participated by approximately 4,700 participants from Japan and abroad. With the Society set to celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2026, there was lively presentation and information exchange on a wide range of research results related to endocrine metabolism.

At the Chairman's Banquet held at Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta on the first day, a string quartet from the Chiba Symphony Orchestra has performed. The performance, which mainly featured Disney music unique to this venue, brightened up the venue and created a great atmosphere uniquely ‘CHIBA’. On the second day, STAR JETS -the official cheerlead group of the Chiba’s professional basketball team, Chiba Jets performed during the event, while the team’s official mascot, ”Jumbo-kun” made a special appearance for the attendees full enjoyment.

Chiba Convention Bureau will continue its efforts in bringing out Chiba's unique characteristics will not only attract international conferences, but also to promote the best of Japan and Chiba to the world.
