Eligibility Criteria
- At least 40 participants staying in Chiba for a minimum of 1 night (40 Visitor Night).
- Having a gala dinner or ceremony during the stay in Chiba.
- The purpose of the planned event should not be political or religious activities.
- It should be carried out by March 31, 2024.
